Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a British-Nigerian mixed race child, was born to the family of South London. Her mother and father are both English. She grew up in a south London council estate, and went to The Brit School at age fourteen. She pursued acting studies in The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. While attending the school, she appeared in numerous stage productions including the King Henry V as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. Since then she's made guest appearances in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe landed her first motion picture role in the Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. Following that success her role was Elisha in the single-episode BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN as well as appearing in six episodes of Trexx and Flipside playing Ollie. She played Bambi on the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe made an appearance in the comedy film How to Lose Friends & Affect People. Her stage credits includes Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams and Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe's US debut was in 2009, with The drama The Beautiful Life. The series aired only two episodes before being ended on The CW. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge from February 2011. Madekwe appeared in all episodes of the series' initial two seasons as the show's regular. But in May 2013, the news broke that Madekwe will leave the show after her appearance as a guest on the opening episode for its third season. In the TV series Salem in 2014, she portrayed Tituba in 2014 through 2016. In June 2012, Madekwe got married to her long-time partner actor Iddo Goldberg. Both of them have been in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They have also appeared together in Salem.

Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into the extended family of a huge, large. She was raised by her parents Roy and Patty as well as four older brothers: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley's athletic brothers played baseball during summers and hockey during winters. Ashley was never able to walk. She was a dancer. So when she was 2 and a 1/2 when she was a little older, she joined Baby Ballet. Ashley was captivated by dance at this age. Ashley participated in the top divisions for jazz, tap hip-hop, ballet Acrobatics, Lyrical Musical Theatre as well as pointe until the time she completed in high school. She was crowned the top soloist awards at all of the main dance contests, including, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 5-6-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance to name a few.
